About

I started lifting back in 2016 as a means to build confidence and strength, and it didn’t take long to decide I wanted to help others do the same. I started as a CrossFit Coach (L1) and F45 training coach. From there I received several CrossFit Certifications (CrossFit Nutrition 1, Spot the Flaw, and Lesson Planning). I began personal training at the CrossFit gym and went on to become an ISSA certified personal trainer, as well as a Precision Nutrition L1. I have also taken competitive bodybuilding courses through J3 University and continue to learn and develop myself as a coach, mentor, and business owner on a daily and weekly basis. I am 31 years old, living in Pennsylvania with my pitbull Aave. In my free time I like travel to work at various air shows around the U.S. and work toward my own goals of competing in powerlifting and becoming a professional bodybuilder. I have already set several state records in multiple states for Powerlifting and took the overall for the Figure division at the 2024 Pennsylvania Muscle bodybuilding competition, but I do not intend to stop there!
