About
I am Level 1 Certified in Nutrition through Precision Nutrition. I have been in the gym for 15 plus years. During those years I have competed in strongman, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. After health issues came up, I had to come to terms with what was going on with my body so I dove into nutrition and wellness. I love helping clients to add “life to their days” by giving them more energy, less stress, and greater confidence in their lives through strength and wellness. The greatest joy of my life is being a husband, a father, and a follower of Jesus Christ. My family is the first and most important thing in my life. I enjoy reading fantasy novels, health books, and playing video games when the time allows. I am also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where I served 5 years honorably and aim to show others the same connection of Esprit De Corps that I have. For God, Corps, and Country.

Group training with Garry
FORWARD 22
"Forward 22" Service members and veterans who want that community and camaraderie they had in the service. Offers them encouragement and a drive to continue being good servants into their communities by being physically active, maintaining good health, and bringing a positive impact. That through these tenets and using this group as a "Battle Buddy" system to push one another to make positive changes in their lives but the lives of those around them. — This is a 12 week program available in a 3, 4 or 5 day format, designed for beginners through advanced participants. Participates will need access to barbells, free-weights, and common gym machine equipment.
