SBD Strength Syndicate
Unlock your full lifting potential with the SBD Strength Syndicate, your blueprint for big squat, bench press, and deadlift gains. Each training block is meticulously designed to increase strength, boost movement quality, reduce injury risks, and build confidence under the bar. — This is a 12 week program available in a 3, 4 or 5 day format, designed for intermediate to competitive lifters. In order to participate you will need access to a barbell and weights, a squat rack, a bench, dumbbells and resistance bands
